I offer warm, positive, professional support to wonderful people from all walks of life. Client types: Children (7+), adolescents, adults I can help with: Stress and anxiety Depression Relationship issues Grief and loss Self esteem and confidence Anger issues Life transitions Parenting issues Post natal depression or anxiety Work or school stress Approach: I am trained in solution-focused, person-centred , cognitive behavioural therapy and mindfulness. I provide a safe, confidential, empathic space to explore issues, bring awareness to thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and to learn new ways to move forward. Experience: |have experience working with adults and young adults on a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, stress and burnout, relationship issues, and grief and loss. I have also enjoyed working in a school setting, supporting children and adolescents aged from 7 -17 years. I am available at three locations: Ellerslie, Remuera and Mt Eden.
