This is a far superior option when replacing fillings. Provided you are healthy, have good bone quality and quantity I am able to offer dental implant placement and temporary crowns on the same day (single teeth). There is a golden window of opportunity after a tooth is extracted to place a dental implant. Once this has passed, the implant site may need additional preparation and healing. I can evaluate this for you with an on-site 3D x ray scanner and advise you of your treatment options
