Rover's Return Grooming Professional

Rovers Return Grooming is a locally owned and operated salon that caters for all purebred, designer and mixed breed dogs, all breeds of cat and the occasional rabbit!

Rovers Return was established late 2014 and aims to bring to Nelson the latest in grooming equipment in a safe, clean and caring environment with the addition of fully qualified and non-judgmental and knowledgeable staff.

Sue graduated feline and canine grooming from Angels Grooming Academy in Massey Auckland. This is the only place in New Zealand that has 3 master groomers on staff. She is also pet tech certified and a member of the DGANZ.

Sue is also committed to becoming a master groomer herself within 4 years and has continuous education through Nash Academy USA, Groom-along NZ and also daily mentoring with Shirley McEwan who has 20 years of experience. Sue also has access and ongoing support and advice from Angels Academy.

We are situated on an acre of land just four minutes from Nelsons CBD. Rovers Return offers a beautiful setting in Atawhai with plenty of off street parking and an abundance of trees to sniff!

We at Rovers Return aim is to make clients and fur clients happy, comfortable and at ease in a non-judgmental, homely, calm and caring, gentle and understanding environment. We here to help, not to judge.

We also offer a free puppy and kitten experience up to the age of 6 months, and are also open weekends and after hours by appointment.
