Monarch Ear Care is owned and operated by Registered Nurse Donna Isaacson who has been an specialized ear nurse since 2014 and has an audiology background ( also completed her Bachelor of Nursing degree in 2006, Post grad cert 2013 and has won awards within the audiology industry such as the Innovator of the year 2016). Donna uses the gentle micro suction procedure to remove ear wax, dry skin, debris and foreign bodies from the ear canal. Using a magnified view allows Donna to view the ear canal down to the tympanic membrane (ear drum). Micro suction is the safest technique for the removal of ear wax. ACC fully endorse micro suction as the most gentle way of cleaning an ear canal. We also offer hearing testing for businesses which can be done onsite at your location within the Manawatu or at our clinic in Palmerston North. Donna is an ACC ,WINZ and War Veterans Registered Provider.
