Dawson & Associates Ltd is a NZ-based maritime and fisheries law firm that provides specialist legal services on all aspects of maritime and fisheries law. Our marine industry clients are both NZ-based and international, and span a wide range of sectors in the marine industry. We are market leaders in vessel registration and drafting complex maritime contracts. We advise on build contracts, choice of flag, asset restructuring, risk management, maritime healthy and safety compliance and employment. We work with marine clients, and marine industry bodies and companies, to prepare submissions to government and regional bodies on marine environment, maritime and fisheries law and policy change in New Zealand and the Pacific.
