Creative Urban Farms grow delicate nutrient-dense micogreens, manage bee colonies and custom design a closed food system for the people and businesses in our local community in and around Auckland.
Creative Urban Farms offers a tailored service to establish what their partners need to ensure the highest quality product is produced for their families and customers, but in a way that it becomes a unique experience to them.
Our team believes that when people understand how their food is produced, where it comes from and the ethics of the farmer's practices, they consciously think about the food when it is eaten which results in their body naturally digesting the food better and they always feel more wholesome.
Organic Microgreens
- We offer a diverse range of varieties chosen based on their flavour profile and nutrient density.
- We grow in two climate-controlled indoor vertical farms to consistently grow a clean and high-quality microgreens.
-We harvest and deliver around Auckland on the same day to ensure minimal nutrient is lost
- We take full responsibility for the commercially compostable packaging. For every container returned to us for composting, we donate 20c to Everybody Eats
Design 'n' Build Edible Landscapes
- We follow biology first regenerative organic practices to heal depleted soil and trap carbon dioxide underfoot.
- Our inhouse Landscape Architect, Project Manager and Builder means that we are a one-stop shop from design to delivery
- We grow the seedlings to suit the planting plan to ensure our clients can grow an abundance of food.
Hosting Bees
- Our bees are cared for in backyards near you to ensure that our gardens and the native bush is pollinated Auckland wide.
- Our clients receive honey infused with pollen foraged by their very own bees, which is thought to have benefits towards building resistance to hay fever. The honey is jarred with labels custom designed to suit the client's desires.
- Our client get to experience and learn how to care for the bees.
