For rentals, we provide a rental check and HomeFit report to help ensure you comply with the 5 Healthy Homes Standards.

We can also let you know of any other subsidies and funding options available and arrange them on your behalf.
This includes which councils offer a Targeted Rates Programme which lets you put some of the costs of insulation and/or heat pumps on your rates, our own One Smart Energy Account which offers a 24 month interest-free instalment plan, also we'll let you know which banks offer mortgage top-ups and what other interest-free finance offers we have available.
