Chiropractors are experienced at detecting and correcting mechanical problems of the spine, and although their scope of practice often extends to other areas of imbalance or disease, it is important to understand that traditional Chiropractic does not treat serious disease. However, Chiropractic is an effective form of pain relief and therefore helps many people at multiple levels. At Alexandra Chiropractic we have treated a wide variety of people of all ages and split our practice into four service areas, each with separate case history forms, and in some cases - outcome measures. This ensures that our service is truly personalised to each individual to optimise successful outcomes. As Chiropractors, we ultimately aim to treat the cause of pain or imbalance, however it is often the symptoms that initially walk through the door.
