About Active Health Podiatry

At Active Health our aim is to provide a holistic, multidisciplinary approach to healthcare, incorporating the physical, nutritional and emotional aspects of health and performance.

Consultants at Active Health encourage clients to take responsibility for their own health especially in the areas of exercise, nutrition and stress management and provide a unique support environment.

The 2011 earthquake destroyed our facility at QEII stadium forcing the clinic to relocate. We are now based at 39a Rutland Street in St Albans and have satellite clinics at QEII Fitness in the Parklands Community centre and at Durham Health in Rangiora.

All bookings for Rangiora and Parklands can also be made through our reception at Rutland street on the above phone numbers
